Great Location, Comfortable Beds, Helpful staff, excellent food, riverfront view from Restaurant, private tours arranged.
Standard accommodation, basic amenities, slight delay in getting warm water in shower, average shower head quality, fair price.

Nice and quiet just out of the old city in Chiang Mai but also within walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly with anything we needed.

We really loved really great location.
All in all, it was chilled-out base for traveling to Chiang Mai. Room was best value. We were surprised by the garden too. They have breakfast, it costs thb 65 per person per day.

Remembered by staff after many years. Open-air restaurant with Japanese menu as well. Comfortable and spacious room. No pressure to buy tours or services. Helpful staff and available motorbike rentals and river trip bookings
Shower not the best and slightly outdated furniture. Bathrooms could use some updating

Excellent staff. Very helpful. They very quickly were able to arrange all of our excursions on the day we arrived. Rooms were clean and location was nice along the river. I would definitely stay here again. Very affordable
Wish there was free internet but there was an internet cafe around the corner

Very convenient location to restaurants and the night market. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice breakfast included. Pleasant room with ensuite. Quiet setting overlooking the river. Safe location. Great option for backpackers.
Felt very happy, no complaints whatsoever.

Super friendly stuff. Excellent value for money. Comfortable stay. Initially booked for 1 night as I was not sure how the guest house would be, ended up staying for 4 nights.

Convenient location near night markets. Friendly and helpful staff who speak English well. Comfortable and clean room with good hot water shower. Delicious, reasonably priced food in the restaurant.

The front desk people were very helpful, gracious, and accommodating. All the staff was very hardworking. It is a good value for the price. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
